The St. Cloud teenager accused of stabbing a man to death in late June near St. Cloud State University is due in court Wednesday. 16-year old Muhiyadin Mohamed Hassan is charged by juvenile delinquency petition with unintentional second-degree murder. He is scheduled to be in court for a hearing to determine whether there is probable cause to proceed with certifying him to stand trial as an adult. If Stearns County District Court Judge John Scherer determines that there is probable cause to proceed, a contested certification hearing will be scheduled.
