A St. Cloud teenager has been placed under juvenile probation after pleading guilty to unintentional murder. 17-year-old Muhiyadin Mohamed Hassan was sentenced Friday to juvenile probation until the age of 21 at a Minnesota Correctional Facility. Hassan was charged with unintentional murder in the second degree after stabbing 20-year-old Davee Moshea Devose of St. Cloud on June 26th. Mohamed could also face an adult sentence if he violates probation and it as also stated that because he is not a U.S. citizen, Hassan could face deportation.
