A suspect was arrested in Dakota County in connection to a theft from a Morrison County retailer. Deputies received a call early Wednesday morning regarding a theft at Hilmerson Sports Center, south of Little Falls on U.S. Highway 10. The suspect reportedly damaged the gates of the business at 5:35am, stole a snowmobile, four wheeler and trailer, and left the business shortly after 6:30am. Video surveillance showed the suspect was driving a white Chevy truck. Tire tracks indicate the vehicle then traveled east on Iris Road. Captain Pat Enderlein of the Dakota County Sheriff’s Department said Joshua Barron was arrested Wednesday afternoon and is facing possible charges of possession of a stolen vehicle in the case.
