St. Cloud police were able to identify two suspects linked to a burglary after residents of a home installed their own video cameras. Officers identified the two suspects involved in a July 18th burglary at a house in the 500 block of Sixth Avenue South as a 17-year-old boy, who is now in custody, and 22-year-old Jacob Nhial Elijah. Elijah is currently being sought by the St. Cloud Police Department. The teen was taken to Stearns County Jail pending a possible charge of first-degree burglary. The two were identified after the renters at the southside home installed their own video surveillance cameras and turned the recording over to investigators.
