The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office reported a two vehicle fatal crash at the junction of County Road 3 and County Road 19 in Merrifield. Around 5:00pm Wednesday 47-year-old Troy Sabyan of Brainerd was on County road 19 when he entered the intersection and collided broadside with a vehicle driven by 60-year-old Nett Olsted of Crosslake. Troy Sabyan of Brainerd was pronounced dead at the scene. Olsted was to a hospital in Brainerd for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
