Truck, tractor accident on Bugle Road near Motley

Around 5:10pm on Monday the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a truck vs. tractor accident on Bugle Road south of Azalea Road near Motley. 80-year old Verde Pepin of Motley was driving his tractor with a round baler attached southbound on Bugle Road when he was hit from behind by a pickup driven by 23-year old Zachary Batcher-Johnson of Motley. Pepin was transported to the Lakewood Health Systems Hospital near Staples with unknown injuries. Batcher-Johnson was not injured.
