Motorists will find the ramp from westbound Interstate 94 to Highway 101 in Rogers open to traffic until further notice. The ramp was originally scheduled to close overnight starting Wednesday. That closure has been postponed. A new ramp closure schedule will be issued as details become available. Non-rush hour lane closures on both directions of I-94 between Highway 101 in Rogers and Highway 241 in St. Michael will still continue until further notice.
