November 30 Recipe: Bacon Egg Bake by Diane Gohl
12 eggs Beat eggs with milk, salt & pepper, then lightly scramble (Grease baking dish)
1/2 cup milk Add scrambled eggs to dish. Spread sour cream over eggs as evenly as possible.
salt & pepper to taste Sprinkle on cheese and crumbled bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
8 oz. sour cream Next morning bake at 300 degrees F for 20 - 25 minutes.
12 slices crisp crumbled bacon
1 cup shredded cheese
December 1 Recipe: Mason Jar Ice Cream by Lorraine Thoma
Pinch of salt Combine all ingredients in mason jar
1 1/2 T. Vanilla Shake 5 minutes
1 1/2 T. Sugar Freeze 3 hours
1 cup Heavy Cream
December 4 Recipe: Cherry Cookies by Karen Walker
1 Cup Butter Cream butter & brown sugar, Beat in egg and vanilla
1 Cup Brown Sugar Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt
1 Egg Add coconut and mix well.
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Stir in nuts, cherries and cherry juice.
2 Cups Flour Drop by teaspoon about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
1 tsp. Baking Soda (Could use parchment paper)
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Coconut
1/2 to 3/4 Cup Nuts
1/2 Cup Chopped Cherries
2 Tbsp. Cherry Juice
December 5 Recipe: Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark by Wendy Young
12 oz. bag of Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside
8 oz. Pretzels In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 second increment and stir in between each time.
11 oz. bag of Kraft Caramels Spread about 2/3 of the melted chocolate on top of the parchment paper. Top the chocolate with pretzels. Gently press pretzels onto chocolate.
2 Tbsp. Heavy Cream Melt the caramels with the heavy cream in a microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
Sea Salt for sprinkling Drizzle the caramel evenly over the pretzels. Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the caramel.
Sprinkle with the flaky sea salt. Refrigerate until set, cut into pieces and serve.
December 6 Recipe: Cheesy Hash Browns by Rob Schumer
Put 1 2 lb. bag of Hash Browns in a 9X13" pan
Mix: 1/2 cup melted Butter
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
16 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
12 oz. Sour Cream
Chopped Onions & Peppers to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
Spread over Hash Browns
Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour
December 7 Recipe: Pot Luck Fruit Salad by Dorothy Heinz
8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened) Mix 1st 4 salad ingredients and chill several hours or overnight
12 oz. Whipped Topping Bake butter and other dry ingredients at 350 oven for 7 to 12 minutes.
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar Watch closely; cool and cover.
20 oz. Pineapple (crushed) slightly drained Combine gently the two mixtures just before serving, add extra fruit.
Add Red Grapes and Blueberries as desired Creamy mixture keeps well in refrigerator for 5 days. Butter mixture also keeps well.
1/2 cup Butter The salad can be made ahead.
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
1 cup Pretzels (chopped, not too fine)
December 8 Recipe: Moist Chicken Breast by Jeannie Walock
4 Chicken Breasts Roll chicken in parmesan cheese.
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Sprinkle cheeses on top of chicken.
1/2 cup Shredded Motzarella Cheese Sprinkle sauces on top of Chicken & cheeses.
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until chicken is done.
2 Tblsp. Soysauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
December 11 Recipe: Cranberry Bars by Paula Vreeland
1 cup melted Butter Beat together the melted butter and eggs; add vanilla or almond extract.
4 eggs Add sugar and flour and mix until combined.
1 Tbsp. Vanilla or Almond extract Pour batter into a greased jelly roll pan (large for thinner bars and small for thicker).
2 cups Sugar Sprinkle cranberries over the batter; bake at 350 degrees until done or when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
2 cups flour Cool.
2 (1 lb) bags of raw cranberries, washed & dried Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired. Serves 12.
December 12 Recipe: Homemade Cheese Wizz by Ginny Fitch
1 lb. of Cheddar Cheese cubed Melt all ingredients in a double boiler.
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 large can of Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
December 13 Recipe: Yogurt Quiche by Joyce Dahlman
6 slices Bacon, crisp & crumbled Put a single 9" pie crust in pie pan
1 1/2 cup shredded Swiss Cheese Spread bacon, cheese, mushrooms & onions in pie shell
4 Eggs, slightly beaten Mix eggs, yogurt, cornstarch, milk & salt; pour into pan
1 cup Plain Yogurt Bake @ 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees & bake
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch 30 minutes longer or until knife comes out clean.
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup sliced Mushrooms
4 sliced Green Onions
December 14 Recipe: Crock Pot Hot Chocolate by Cindy Skuza
2 bags of chopped Andes mints Mix everything together, set on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
One bottle of Rum Chata
2 small cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 small carton of Heavy Whipping Cream
4 cups Milk
December 15 Recipe: Frosty Lemon Strawberry Dessert by Carla Krause
1 quart of Fresh Strawberries Place strawberries in food processor, process until pureed.
1/2 gal. Vanilla Ice Cream Transfer to a large bowl.
1 12 oz. can frozen Lemonade concentrate, thawed Add ice cream, lemonade & lemon peel.
2 tsp. Lemon Peel Pour into an ungreased 9X13 pan. Cover & freeze overnight.
Remove from freezer minutes before serving.
December 18 Recipe: Corn Casserole by Pat Schilling
1 can Cream Corn Boil pasta until just tender (Drain).
1 can Whole Corn (do not drain) Melt butter, cheese & milk in microwave.
1 stick butter Add corn, cream corn & pasta to melted cheese.
1/2 cup Milk Bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
1 cup cubed Velveeta Cheese
1 cup uncooked Pasta
December 19 Recipe: Salted Peanut Cookie by Rosemary Peka
1 cup Butter Cream butter, brown sugar & white sugar.
1 cup Brown Sugar Add flour, soda, baking powder, peanuts.
1 cup salted Peanuts Add eggs, milk, vanilla, oatmeal.
1 1/2 cup Flour Mix well. Roll into a ball & press with a glass or fork dipped in sugar.
1 tsp. Soda Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.
1 cup White Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
3 Tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. vanilla

White cake mix Mix well.
1 3.oz. box Strawberry Jello Fold in 1 cup diced strawberries.
3 Tbsp. Sugar Bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes in 9X13 pan.
