The State Patrol reported a fatal accident Sunday afternoon on Highway 169 and Mille Lacs County road 11 at 2:30pm. 79-year-old Madeline Dombrovski of St. Cloud died in the accident. She was passenger in the vehicle driven by 81-year-old Kenneth Dombrovski who suffered serious injuries. Two teenagers and a 78 year old in the other vehicle had non-life threatening injuries from the crash. There were also fatal accidents reported over the weekend in Faribault, Washington and Aitkin counties.
