--A former FBI agent in Minnesota who admitted that he leaked documents to a reporter is scheduled to be sentenced in U.S. District Court. Terry James Albury will be sentenced Thursday on one count of unauthorized disclosure of national defense information and one count of retention of national defense information. Prosecutors say he betrayed public trust when stealing more than 70 documents, including 50 classified ones. They say he should serve more than four years in prison. Defense attorneys are asking for probation, saying he was morally conflicted by the FBI's counterterrorism policies. The Trump administration and Attorney General Jeff Sessions have made prosecuting government employees who leak sensitive information a high priority for justice to be served. Albury was accused of sharing documents with an online news organization. The date of one document he shared corresponded with a story on The Intercept.
--A 19-year old man and a 2-year old toddler were injured Tuesday when the car they were in crashed with a semitrailer. The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office was called at 3:43pm to a car versus semitrailer crash on Crow Wing County highways 12 and 28 in Deerwood. The driver, 19-year old Jacob Faust and his 2-year old passenger Zayden Hofstrand, both of Deerwood, were both transported from the scene by ambulance to Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby to be treated. The driver of the semitrailer, 64-year old Jonnie Stockford of Fargo, North Dakota was not injured.
--A 16-year-old teen was injured Tuesday when the vehicle he was driving left the roadway and crashed on Highway 6 and Beaver Drive in Crosby. The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office reported Austin Nelson of Crosby was transported by ambulance to Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby for possible injuries to his head and knee. The sheriff's office reported a deputy on patrol found the vehicle off the road about 5:45pm.
--Mille Lacs County released information of a man who fell from a boat into the 40 degree waters of Lake Mille Lacs on Sunday. Josh Raw of Ramsey said that his friends decided to call it a day Sunday due to the cold after fishing. Before taking off, with the trolling motor still running, Josh stepped to the back of the boat, when the trolling motor jerked the boat, sending Josh into the 40-degree water without a life jacket. Adult boaters are not required in Minnesota to wear a life jacket while on the open water. Josh, who says he's an excellent swimmer, might not have needed one during the summer. But he says the cold changes everything. Josh's buddy got him to shore. Got him out of his wet clothes and into a warm truck. Just as the first sings of possible hypothermia began to set in. He was evaulated at the scene but not hospitalized. Now that he's safe and recovered, Josh wants to encourage avid boaters like himself to wear a lifejacket especially in the fall.

--There are 35 schools in Minnesota that have scheduled votes on either bond referendums or operating levies on November 6th during the upcoming general election. Though there are none in Morrison County, there are still many around the central Minnesota including Holdingford, Sartell-St. Stephen, Milaca, Parkers Prairie and West Central Area with votes on the ballot. Holdingford is asking for a $200 per pupil increase. Sartell is asking for a $440 per pupil increase.
--The man accused of killing a 7-month-old child has been charged with murder, according to a criminal complaint filed in Benton County District Court. 29-year old James Joseph Robert Wood of St. Joseph faces one charge of felony murder in the second degree, one charge of felony murder in the third degree, and one charge felony manslaughter in the first degree. He also faces DWI and assault charges in Morrison County. A medical examiner said the infant died from blunt force trauma and Wood is accused of allegedly hitting the infant which caused the trauma.
--A collision Thursday around 9:05am in Todd County injured several people. 51-year old Wanda Demarre of Randall was travelling west on Highway 27 at County Road 11 east of Osakis as a vehicle driven by a 16-year old female driver was traveling north on County Road 11 and failed to yield. The vehicles collided in the intersection. The 16-year old driver, unidentified in the state patrol report, and her passenger were both taken to Long Prairie Hospital. The driver's potential injuries were not listed in the report but her passenger, 16-year old Jasmine Barnes of Redwood Falls suffered non life threatening injuries. The other driver, Wanda Demarre along with two of her passengers, 17-year old Dakota Demarre of Randall and 17-year old Nathaniel Zellgert of Little Falls sustained non life threatening injuries that did not require hospitalization. Three other passengers from Little Falls were not injured. Everyone was wearing their seat belts.
--The Pierz City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:30pm Monday night prior to their regular city council meeting at 7pm at city hall.

Royalton will be home Tuesday night against Eveleth-Gilbert at 6pm on Q92. Little Falls opens the playoffs at St. Cloud Apollo at 7pm Tuesday night on AM960 KLTF. Upsala/Swanville will host Kimball on Tuesday at 7pm on FM94. Other games include Pillager vs. Staples-Motley, Holdingford vs. Eden Valley Watkins and more open football playoffs Tuesday.
MLB= Red Sox win over Astros 4-1 to advance to the World Series while Dodgers/Brewers in game 6 tonight. Dodgers lead 3-2. The World Series is scheduled to begin in Boston next Tuesday night.
