NEWS
--Rochester Lourdes defeated Pierz Saturday afternoon 25-20 in the state semi-finals of Class AAA at U.S. Bank Stadium. Pierz will end the season at 11-1 coming up one game short of the Prep Bowl.

--An 80-year-old Pierz man was injured Saturday morning around 5:50am when his vehicle left northbound 25 at the 27 intersection and struck a light pole near the gas station off of the highway. David Thommes was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.

--Morrison County Sheriff Shawn Larson is reminding hunters and other gun users to be watchful of your surroundings after a tractor in Swan River Township was struck by bullets from a muzzleloader. The pictures were put on the sheriff's office Facebook page. No one was injured in the incident but a just a reminder to watch to make sure the area you are shooting in is completely safe.

--A Waite Park woman died after her vehicle collided with three others and went into the ditch around 1:10pm Thursday on Minnesota Highway 15 in Sartell. The 68-year old Bonnie Jean Waibel was driving north on Highway 15 when she veered into oncoming traffic. Waibel collided with three vehicles waiting to turn left onto County Road 1. The woman's vehicle then crossed the median and the northbound lanes of Highway 15 before stopping in the right ditch of the highway. No one else was injured.

--Four of 10 people in two Chevrolet Suburbans suffered injuries around 6:10pm Wednesday when the two vehicles collided in Morrison County. The Minnesota State Patrol reported a suburban driven by 31-year old Cassandra D. Leblanc of Randall was traveling west on Highway 115, coming onto Highway 10 in Randall, when it was struck by a suburban driven by 53-year old Laurie E. Garrigan-Nnodi of Red Lake traveling north on Highway 10. Both drivers were transported to St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls for non-life-threatening injuries. Leblanc had six passengers but only 6-year old Chloe Leblanc of Randall was taken to St. Gabriel's hospital for her injuries. Garrigan-Nnodi had two passengers, including 57-year old Mary J. Thunder of Redby who was treated at the Little Falls hospital.

--Waite Park Police continue to search for 17-year-old Morgan Styke and her 6 month old child Bobby Spence who disappeared back on October 23rd and made no contact with anyone since the 24th. They are believed to be with the baby's father, 19-year-old James Spence in a white Ford Taurus-license number 837MBR. Anyone who may have seen them are asked to contact authorities.

--The Little Falls City Council will get a tour of the Wabash facility today at 5:00pm, have a work session to follow and their regular city council meeting at 7:30pm tonight at City Hall. Also a reminder that Little Falls City Hall will be closed this Thursday and also on Friday.

--In the past days, many fire departments have battled blazes, Friday alone fires were reported in Crosby at a four-plex that burned leaving over a dozen people homeless, a Pine River home burned down, an office space in Baxter had smoke damage all occurred back on Friday. A reminder to make sure smoke detectors are working properly. Also carbon monoxide has been a factor with the colder temperatures make sure to check those detectors as well.

--The Morrison County Commissioners will meet tomorrow at 9am at the city hall council chambers in Little Falls. The Board will hear the latest construction update, the extension office will unveil the farm family of the year and they will hear the montly sheriff's report.

--Tim Sumner on Friday said they have reached the max for volunteers this Thursday for the Thanksgiving meal. Thanks to the all people who signed up to help. Now come and eat on Thursday.

--A Colorado man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a teenage girl at a St. Cloud home in the summer of 2016. 22-year-old Ryan Rees of Bailey, Colorado pleaded guilty to one count of 3rd-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with a victim between 13-15 years-old. Rees was 19-years-old at the time of the assault. A Stearns County judge sentenced Rees to one year and three months in prison, but stayed that sentence for five years if he complies with the conditions of probation. Rees will serve a 90 day staggered jail sentence to be served in 30-day increments over the next 18 months. The jail time may also be vacated at the recommendation of his probation officer.

--A Sauk Rapids man faces two felony charges of making terroristic threats after a woman was threatened with death over the phone on a recorded call Wednesday. 40-year old William Hess was arrested without incident at his Sauk Rapids home by a SWAT team. Hess faces two felony charges of making terroristic threats. Each count is a maximum sentence of five years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine.

--The driver of a vehicle that stuck and killed a pedestrian in downtown St. Cloud has been charged. 20-year old Jeremiah Markus Brown is charged with one felony count of failing to stop after a traffic collision resulting in the death or injury of another person. 84-year old Mohammed Aga Intale of St. Cloud was killed as a result of the Wednesday crash. Intale was walking south on Fifth Avenue at First Street North when he was stuck by Brown. After the crash, Intale was transported to St. Cloud Hospital, where he later died from his injuries. Witnesses helped identify the driver Brown and his vehicle. Brown was located and arrested on Wednesday.

--The 42nd Annual IMC Concert for Little Falls Community High School is tonight and tomorrow night at the high school auditorium. 150 piece band is set to perform at 7pm tonight and Tuesday. Tickets are $7 for adults and $3 for students, no passes accepted.

COL FB= Northwestern beat Gophers 24-14 Saturday as the Gophers made too many turnovers. Gophers will finish the regular season at Wisconsin Saturday 1:30pm on AM960 KLTF.
NFL= Vikings gave up too many chances and lost to the Chicago Bears last night 25-20 in Chicago. Another Sunday night game for the Vikings this weekend as they host Green Bay at 7:20pm on KLTF.
HS FB= Prep Bowl 2018 is Friday at Saturday in Minneapolis.
