She told him no, and he grabbed her by the throat but then backed off for a while before grabbing her by the arm. Schuety then led the woman into the bedroom by her arm. --A St. Cloud man has been sentenced to five years in prison for robbing the Cash Wise East store last December and just over four years for robbing the St. Cloud Kwik Trip store at 1230 Highway 23 East. However, a Benton County judge has ordered 26-year-old Ayub Mohamed to serve the sentences concurrently and also at the same time as his three years and nine months sentence for robbing a south St. Cloud convenience store. With credit for time already served, it means Mohamed will serve about a year-and-a-half more than the Stearns County sentence or a total of just over five years in prison. Mohamed earlier pleaded guilty in Stearns County Court to 2nd-degree aggravated robbery in the hold-up of the Kwik Trip store on 23rd Street South last December and pleaded guilty in March to the same charges in the Benton County robberies.

--A 29-year old Sartell man is accused of pulling a knife on a woman outside St. Cloud Walmart. William George Buskey Jr. was charged with one felony count of terroristic threats and one misdemeanor count of domestic assault. Officers were dispatched to Walmart about 4:55pm Sunday for a domestic assault report. A woman told authorities Buskey "became jealous" when she was talking to a man and when she tried to go around the corner of the building to get away from Buskey, he "followed her and yelled at her that she was not leaving him and pulled a knife," the complaint states. The woman said the other man confronted Buskey and Buskey then left the area. Video surveillance shows Buskey grabbed an object from a vehicle and chased (the woman) on foot. Buskey had a knife on him when approached by law enforcement. He told authorities the other man "had his knife out" and he ran at the other man while holding his knife but he denied he had the blade extended when he ran at the other man. Buskey's next court appearance is scheduled for July 8th.
