--Baxter police are asking residents and members of the business community to check their surveillance cameras for any video that might assist in the investigation involving missing woman 53-year old Jessie Eue. Eue went missing from her Baxter residence sometime after 8:30pm Tuesday, May 17th. Law enforcement believes Eue walked away from her residence on golf course Drive, where she lives with her mother. In a Facebook post Saturday, May 21st, on the Baxter Police Department page, police said they are broadening the original search area and asking for the public’s help. If you have a system in the areas around Golf Course Drive in Baxter, anywhere north or south of the Highway 210 corridor as it travels through Baxter and Brainerd; or anywhere adjacent to Highway 371, please review the footage from the evening of May 17th, after 8:30pm into the morning hours of May 18th. The post stated, “Jessie may have been wearing a black jacket but we're not certain. So, anyone walking alone and resembling her photo would be of interest to our office. Most systems start to rewrite after a week or two so it's important to check the systems as soon as possible. Eue is considered a healthy individual with no known medical conditions and left no indications behind of potential destinations. After her vehicle was found at the residence, an extensive search of the area around the home was conducted by the Baxter Police Department with the assistance of the Crow Wing County Drone Team, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and volunteers from Central Lakes Search and Rescue, a K-9 Search and Rescue group. There was no further update from Crow Wing County dispatchers Sunday. If anyone has seen or knows the whereabouts of Eue they are asked to call 911 or the Baxter Police at 218-454-5090.
