POPCORN BALLS
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil, 1 Cup Butter  1 1/3 Cup Sugar  1/2 Cup White Corn Syrup. Once it comes to a boil, simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract.  Pour over 4 quarts of popped corn.  Stir to combine.  Let cool a few minutes and then dip your hands in cold water and shape into balls.

OPTIONAL:
For the holidays you might want to add some red or green food coloring to the syrup mixture so that you can make colored popcorn balls.  Also you can wrap them in plastic wrap and hang them on your Christmas Tree!
