53-year old Constance “Connie” Marie Waytashek of St. Cloud was convicted Thursday in Morrison County District Court of one felony count of theft for ordering extra mobile phones on behalf of the county and selling them for her own personal profit, while employed by the county. Waytashek was given a stay of imposition and sentenced to 10 years probation and 30 days in jail. She was also fined $135 and ordered to pay $7,179 in restitution.
