2015 Recipes-Cheaters Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

7-8 Cups of Rhubarb cut into 1 inch chunks
3 Cups of Sugar
1 – 3 ounce package Strawberry Jell-o
In Large bowl, mix rhubarb with sugar. Cover and let set for an hour until juice comes out of rhubarb. Stir in Jell-o. Cook mixture over medium heat, stirring and mashing until rhubarb pieces are soft. Pour into freezer containers for frozen jam or can in a hot water bath – 10 minutes.
