1/2 C old fashioned oatmeal
dash salt
1/8-1/4 C water
1 t sugar
1/4 t maple extract or flavor
1 or 2 pitted chopped dates
1-2 T cream
Mix oatmeal, water and salt. Cook for one minute in microwave or until water is absorbed and mix is hot. Add the sugar, maple, dates and cream.
