• 1 small cabbage • 1 cucumber • 4 Tablespoons fresh dill, chopped • 1 green onion • 3 Tablespoons Vinegar • 4 Tablespoons olive oil • ½ teaspoon Salt (or to taste) Chop the cabbage into thin strips and place into a bowl. Chop the cucumber, dill, and green onion and place into the bowl of cabbage. Add the vinegar, salt, and olive oil to the bowl and mix to combine.
