Chicken Pot Pie

•    1 (15 ½ ounce) can mixed vegetables
•    1 pint chicken, drained
•    1 (10 ¾ ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
•    1 cup biscuit mix
•    ½ cup milk
•    1 egg
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix vegetables, chicken and soup in ungreased glass pie plate. Stir together remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
