2016 Recipes: Salted Nut Roll Bars

Salted Nut Roll Bars (Thanks Betty Devriendt)

Week of December 12th-16th 2016

  • 1 stick butter

  • 1 – 12 ounce package Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips

  • 1 – 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

  • 1 jar dry roasted peanuts

Melt together butter and peanut butter chips in microwave, stirring often to blend. Add sweetened condensed milk, and marshmallows. And mix. Place half of peanuts on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Spread mixture over nuts and sprinkle with remaining nuts. Cool.
