Two Ingredient Lemon Bars

Week of October 17th-21st 2016

• 1 box angel food cake mix (must be the one step, just-add-water kind)
• 22 ounces lemon pie filling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix and pie filling together in a large mixing bowl. Pour batter into greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly golden. Expect for these to be more of a cake texture than other lemon bars. Optional: top with powdered sugar.
