No Crust Pumpkin Pie Thanks Barbara Peterson

Week of January 2nd-6th 2017

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 4 Tablespoons flour
• 1 – 16 ounce can pumpkin
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9 inch pie pan. (This will make its own crust) Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Pie is done when knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
