A man who was the subject of a law enforcement search in August appears to have died in a suicide. On Tuesday, Paynesville Police Department officers found a body in a Paynesville home that would later be identified as Ryan Gene Clover. The department received a report Tuesday after a home inspector found Clover’s body in a vacant residence in the 400 block of West Mill Street. Clover was later identified during an autopsy performed by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner. The autopsy revealed that Clover had hanged himself. Clover was wanted on a felony warrant out of Isanti County for failure to register as a predatory offender along with terroristic threats. On August 8th officials from nine different area law enforcement agencies searched for Clover in the Paynesville area but were not successful in finding him.
