A Level 3 predatory offender, 29-year-old Joshua Chad Tromblay, will be released from prison on July 29th and intends to live at a residence on the 100 block of Gillis Avenue Northeast. A community notification meeting regarding Tromblay will be held at 6:00pm on Monday at the Brainerd Police Department. The meeting is open to the public and Brainerd Police officers and Minnesota Department of Corrections staff will be present to provide information about Tromblay and to answer questions to help preserve public safety.
