On Sunday around 3:25pm a vehicle struck a child on a bike in Little Falls. 70-year old Charles Andres of Randall was driving south on 4th Street SE at the intersection with 2nd Avenue when he struck 13-year old Cole Katzenberger of Little Falls who was heading east on a bicycle on 2nd Ave SE. Katzenberger failed to stop for the stop sign and was struck by the Andres vehicle. Katzenberger was transported to St. Gabriel’s Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
