Body recovered from Mississippi River is that of second missing Little Falls man

A body recovered this morning from the Mississippi River by the Morrison County and Crow Wing County Dive Teams is that of a second Little Falls man who went missing. The body of 36-year-old Michael Robert Arndt was located near the Burlington Northern Railroad Bridge on the north side of Little Falls. The body will be transported to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office pending an autopsy. At this time the deaths of both William Robert Blake and Michael Robert Arndt are being investigated by the Little Falls Police Department, Morrison County Sheriff’s Office, Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and the Central MN Violent Offender Task Force.
