A number of Pierz Healy High School Drama students recently were chosen by Spotlight through the Hennepin Theatre Trust Corp. to get a chance to perform the first week of June on the Orpheum Stage in Minneapolis. The students were chosen because of their excellence in musical theater. They are Cassie Virnig as outstanding performer in a leading role, Stephanita ZumBerge and Emily Solinger got honorable mention for performers in a leading role. Molly Otremba for set design and Simon Kroll sound technician. Bradyn Maine, Kami Athman and Sarah Thommes were honorable mention as stage managers. Katie Schafer and Andy Sopkowiak were honorable mention in technical crew work. Bailey Lochner, Bree Gotwalt, Noelle Rueck, Lillian Guck, Levi Taylor, Jesse Pettey, Tyler Moore, Joel Pohland, Joan Novak, Beth Hauer and Diane Hauan were giving honorable mention as a pit orchestra. Kaci Broschofsky, Adam Kroll and Tony Smude were shout out performers.
