2016 Recipes: Warm Blue Cheese Dip with Garlic and Bacon

Warm Blue Cheese Dip with Garlic and Bacon (Thanks Martha Woitalla)

Week of December 26th-30th 2016

•8 ounces cream cheese, softened
•¼ cup heavy cream
•4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
•7 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
•2 cloves garlic, minced
•2 Tablespoons chives, chopped
•3 Tablespoons sliced almonds
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add cream and beat. Stir in remaining ingredients except almonds. Place in baking dish. Top with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
