A 29-year-old Brainerd man has been accused of assaulting an 11 year old boy with duct tape, taping him to a chair in the kitchen, shoving a sock into the boys mouth and taping it shut. David Eych was charged with domestic assault and fifth degree assault in Crow Wing County District Court. Bail was set at $50,000 with conditions.
