The lineup for the first Republican presidential debate is set.  Frontrunner Donald Trump leads the way and will be center stage for Thursday night’s prime time debate on Fox News.  The ten participants from the field of 17 GOP candidates were chosen based on where they stood in recent polling.  The debate will also include Jeb Bush, Scott Walker, Mike Huckabee, Chris Christie, Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Ben Carson and John Kasich.
