The House Capital Investment Committee will be in the Brainerd and Little Falls areas on Thursday to examine projects that might be included in the 2016 Bonding Bill. On Thursday at 1pm they will tour the education building and oil rail training facility at Camp Ripley. They will also visit Crosby, Coon Rapids and Blaine during the day.
