Little Falls artist Charles Kapsner has announced that his latest portrait of the US Coast Guard will be installed at the Committal Hall at the state veterans cemetery north of Little Falls in January. This is the third of five portraits depicting each of the branches of the US Military. Kapsner still has the Marine Corp and the Air Force yet to complete. A program and open house is being scheduled at the committal Hall at 2:00pm on Saturday, February 6th. More details will be released as the event nears.
