The Little Falls City Council Monday approved the proposed 31 unit development on DeRosier Drive owned by Terry Roach and family. The conditional use permit voted on will allow the Roaches to construct eight single-story four-plex residential buildings on their 8.8 acre property on DeRosier Drive, with conditions including that proper setbacks and buffers be maintained, stormwater, garbage and waste be properly managed and the units be rented at market rates.
