A 28-year-old man suffered a head injury from an ATV accident Saturday on Channel Road in Breezy Point. Christopher Schlenz of St. Paul was operating the ATV when he stopped at a roadway and a 2nd ATV driven by Jerome Johnson of Savage rammed into the back of Schlenz’s ATV at a high rate of speed. Johnson was ejected from his ATV and taken to the hospital with head injuries. Schlenz had minor injuries but was not hospitalized. Police stated that Johnson was under the influence of alcohol at the time and faces charges.
