A man with a warrant locked himself in a St. Cloud garage. About 6:00pm Monday, officers received information that 28-year-old Lamare Orlando Walker of St. Cloud had a felony warrant and was in the 500 block of Ninth Avenue North. Officers located Walker in the area, however police say he fled on foot as officers approached. Officers eventually captured Walker in a garage he locked himself in. No one was injured. Walker was taken to Stearns County Jail where he was held on the felony robbery warrant and new charges of fleeing officers on foot and being in possession of marijuana.
