Stewart Mills III on Saturday announced that he is exploring a possible run again in the 8th District against DFL Congressman Rick Nolan next year. Mills ran for the U.S. House in 2014 and lost a close election to Nolan, who announced this summer he is going to run for reelection next year. Mills who was the Republican candidate for the House, announced over the weekend he has been forming an exploratory committee to make a formal decision on if he will run again in the upcoming months.
