Morrison County wants to inform residents of various ways to obtain up-to-date information regarding the county. To help form closer relationships and keep residents informed and aware of current events, Morrison County has implemented the use of social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. Social media is a series of online communication channels dedicated to community-based input, interaction and content-sharing. Social media allows Morrison County to reach out to residents and share information regarding County Commissioners, upcoming projects, scams throughout the county and department information. Morrison County’s Facebook and Twitter pages cover various subjects including, but not limited to: closings of the Government Center, photos and events happening around the county as well as the Government Center. The sites are updated weekly to ensure residents are receiving current information and events happening around the county.
