Motorists on Highway 10 in St. Cloud and Sauk Rapids will encounter a series of traffic changes beginning Monday. Motorists can expect the following: Eastbound Highway 10 will switch to the newly constructed eastbound lanes. Eastbound Highway 10 will remain a single lane. Westbound Highway 10 will remain on the new westbound lanes, and will also remain a single lane. All permanent ramps and loops along Highway 10 in Sauk Rapids and St. Cloud will open June 29. All permanent lanes of Highway 10 and Highway 15 in St. Cloud and Sauk Rapids are scheduled to open by 9:00pm Thursday, July 2. Intermittent lane closures on both directions of Highway 10 and Highway 15 will resume at 9 a.m. Monday, July 6. The lane closures are needed while crews complete the final stage of construction. The project will be complete by late July.
