NEWS

--On Wednesday Larson Boat Group announced it is moving their manufacturing facilities from Little Falls to Pulaski, Wisconsin. A press release said, “This decision is in no way a reflection of the tireless hard work and determination to revive and energize this campus and facility or these brands over the past three years. The decision is based on the economics of boat building and the effects of the convergence of challenging marketplace conditions in key regions and industry sectors – namely Canada, International and stern drives.” Larson Boat Group’s facilities in Little Falls will shut down operations first quarter of 2017. With the shutdown of the Little Falls operations, the Triumph brand will fully cease operations. Larson, Larson FX, Larson Escape and Striper will continue operation and production from Pulaski, Wisconsin. They are currently discussing the sale of the property with a large multi-national manufacturer that very much could offer their employees jobs.
