--Superintendent of Little Falls Schools Greg Johnson spoke on KLTF yesterday stating they had one snow-day (yesterday) that they can use without having to make up any days and so no make up will be needed for the snow day Monday. If another snow day is needed (which is possible) than they will implement an e-learning or distance learning day for students and faculty so they don't have to make up that day if needed later this year. Johnson mentioned that excavating has started on the new childcare facility by Lincoln Elementary where the groundbreaking was held Monday. The hope is to have the facility ready to go by January 2025. He also mentioned that elementary students will be released one day earlier than the school calendar reports, all elementary students will end the year on May 23rd while middle school and high school end on May 24th that is so the phases of school banding can be done for Lincoln and Lindbergh Elementary Schools in the fall.
