--The DNR Conservation Officers Report recently announced a lot of enforcement action on illegal wildlife feeding reminding those out in the woods that the animals should not be left food as that can cause more problems than good. The DNR have also seen an uptick in that area of motorists driving down the state highway with kids riding in the boat on the boat trailer. This is not OK. Also during the recent Brainerd International Raceway events the DNR assisted with the Sheriff's Office and police focusing on all-terrain vehicle violations including alcohol-impaired driving. Crow Wing and Aitkin County authorities announced a number of bear sightings in the past few weeks. They again are asking not to leave food out for animals.
