A Plymouth man grabbed at a St. Cloud police officer’s gun in its holster while being arrested Sunday. 20-year old Shane Henry has been charged with attempting to disarm a peace officer. Henry ran up to an officer Sunday and said someone was chasing him. Officers believed he was under the influence of drugs, and he was eventually arrested on two active warrants and taken to St. Cloud Hospital. Henry told police he had taken heroin, cocaine and LSD. He was uncooperative, refused to lie down and then grabbed an officer’s holster. The officer broke his grip on the gun and restrained him. Henry received medical treatment and was transported to Stearns County Jail. While booking him into jail, officers found a set of papers on him containing 78 doses of suspected LSD.
