Corn Casserole - Jan Albrect
• 1 can cream corn
• 1 can whole kernel corn (drain)
• 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• ½ cup melted butter
Mix all ingredients together. Put mixture in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to a hour. Test with knife to see if done.
