No Hassle Potato Soup with Cream Cheese – Bunny Tabatt
• 8 cups peeled coarsely chopped potatoes
• 1 chopped onion
• 1/2 lb. fried and crumbled bacon
• 1 8 ounce cream cheese softened (I cut this into little pieces)
• 3 cans chicken broth
• 1 can cream chicken soup
• ¼ teas pepper
Combine potatoes, onion, bacon and place in slow cooker. Mix well - Chicken broth, Cream soup ,cream cheese, and pepper. Pour over potatoes. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 5 hours. For a thicker consistency, mash the potatoes a little.
