A St. Cloud man was arrested early Tuesday morning after police say he forced his way into a residence and threatened to assault the occupant. 22-year old Alex Joseph Chicilo was arrested after the victim reported property damage to his residence in the 200 block of Third Avenue South. The victim, a 19-year-old St. Cloud man, did not report any injuries. Police found Chicilo near Fifth Avenue and St. Germain Street and took him into custody. Chicilo could be charged with first-degree burglary and property damage.
