A fight between a 44-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy led to hospitalization and assault charges for both on Tuesday morning. Officers responded to a reported medical emergency in the 1100 Block of Seventh Street Southeast around 4:00am Tuesday. Keith Lamar Wheeler of St. Cloud had been in an altercation with the teenage boy. Both were taken to St. Cloud Hospital for injuries suffered during the fight. Wheeler was taken to Sherburne County Jail and could face charges of third degree assault. The boy was sent to Lino Lakes Detention Facility and could face charges of second degree assault.
