The Pierz Police Department is reminding all residents and local travelers of the winter parking rules and regulations. There shall be no parking on any city street of Pierz from November 1 through April 1 during the hours of 2:00am and 6:00am. The purpose of this ordinance is to facilitate snow removal during winter months, accommodate snow plowing equipment, provide operators the opportunity to efficiently clear the streets, and protect the general safety and welfare of citizens of the city of Pierz. Violators will be cited accordingly under city statue. Questions pertaining to these rules and regulations, may be directed to Police Chief Eric Hanneken at (320) 468-0299. Little Falls allows parking overnight except when stated otherwise for snow removal. In those cases listen to your local radio stations to hear when snow removals are scheduled.
